I
have been asked to co-ordinate this effort and also to organize THE REUNION.
Since I have access to decent and inexpensive accommodations and other nice facilities
within the State of West Virginia, I have suggested that the REUNION take place
in southern West Virginia. Hope this is agreeable to all who are interested.
But, in order to have a truly wonderful time together and so as not to miss
inviting anyone, I ask that you start spreading the word about this event. And
when you do, please share my contact information with them. They must contact
me directly and provide the following:
1. Name (including maiden name);
2. Name of Panchgani School and years of attendance;
3. Home Phone number, including cell phone number;
4. Email address; and,
5. Preferred date (month) for the Reunion (keeping in mind that majority
rules).
Please try to contact whom you know so that they can send me their contact data
by Christmas 2009. At the start of 2010, I can start providing information
about accommodations. Most likely, I will reserve rooms at Pipestem State Park
(or, if the number of attendees exceeds the number of rooms available), I will
look into alternate lodgings.
So, at this stage, please alert all whom you know about the Intent to have a
Reunion of Panchgani Schools Alumni in the USA. Have them get in touch with
me directly. I will create a group list "Panchgani" to send emails to
all once it is compiled. Hopefully, you can connect with all your (Panchgani)
school friends and their friends and so on.
I look forward to hearing from you and them soon.
Be well.
